TRANSERA CORPORATION PRIVACY NOTICE

	As part of the install of the HTBasic software, TRANSERA CORPORATION will collect the user supplied Company Name, Contact Name, and Serial Number. We will also collect the Date and Time of the install as well as a unique computer identifier which is NOT the computers MAC address or IP address. 

2. 	How We Use Your Information

	The information collected by TRANSERA CORPORATION on install of the HTBasic software is used solely as a means of tracking installs of our software and ensuring compliance with our license agreement. 

4. 	How We Protect Your Information

	All collected information is encrypted and transmitted securely using secure socket layer technology(SSL). 

5. 	Your Choices about Your Information

	To view, modify, or delete the personal information being collected such as the supplied Company Name or Contact Name, you may contact TRANSERA CORPORATION directly using the contact information below and we will respond to your request within 5 business days. 

6. 	Our Retention of Your Information

	The collected information will be retained by TRANSERA CORPORATION as long as the HTBasic software is sold and the license agreement for the software is being enforced. 

7. 	Information Disclosure
	TRANSERA CORPORATION will not pass on your personal information to any third party for any reason. 

8. 	Consent
	By consenting to this privacy notice you are giving TRANSERA CORPORATION permission to process your personal data specifically for the purposes identified above. This Consent is required for TRANSERA CORPORATION to process personal data and it must be explicitly given in order to continue with installing and using our software.
